Old Northeast St. Petersburg, Florida Home - Historic Subdivision Information

Hidden away behind the Vinoy and the 4th Avenue business district is a quaint subdivision in Old Northeast St. Petersburg. Locals know this once sleepy area as prime real estate where famous architects designed historic homes hidden under the live oak trees.

Much of Old Northeast was built up between the 1920's up to the 1950's with quality in mind. Most of the homes are situated along red brick roads with ample use of 20's influences. Hamlett wanted to design the area to be a premier neighborhood to complement the burgeoning population of downtown St. Pete.
