St. Petersburg Lofts and Information

If you haven't heard about how popular lofts are in St. Petersburg then don't feel left out. Most of the lofts in St. Pete have been sold out before they were built. Right now the Miami phenomenon of small city living is catching on in the downtown St. Petersburg area. McNulty Lofts is one of the first projects and we will be growing towards new "W" lofts from Walker Whitney.

For that matter you may not know what a loft is. It is a term inspired by industrial warehouses where you usually have a large and open unpartioned area. St. Petersburg Lofts or loft floor plans often a small open floor plan used as an artist's studio or apartment.

Fresh St. Petersburg Lofts

Much of the St. Petersburg loft living is designed to bring the "cool" and "hip" terms back into down town. It will come at a minimum of space and a maximum in value.

McNulty Lofts completed in 2007 with 85 (sold out) units facing Tampa bay and the city. Inside the gated entrance is a fitness center, waterfall, modern waiting room, and then minalist details. Concrete flooring and open ceiling piping set off this downtown loft. Pricing is from the 300's to high 500's.

 

Additionally there are BayWay Lofts in the planning stage. This 29 story 350 unit is slated to be near third Avenue North and Second street. The building will reportedly be close to 370 feet tall.

 

The Lofts at Williams Park in St. Petersburg is yet another project in the planning stage. Sources have this building at 15 stories.

 

One other project in the works is the Lofts at 341. It is slated to have only six residences and private parking. Floor to ceiling glass will make this modern complex sparkle. Prices are expected to be from the 400's.

 

Then let us not forget about the Palladium Flats/Lofts that are are off of 5th Ave N. New homes should open for use around Spring 2006 in the 400's.
