The Edge Condominiums - New Construction

The Edge, planned to rise 31 stories from 300 4th Avenue S, will feature 176 residences, office space, and street-level retail. The $65-million tower will incorporate several high-tech amenities such as digital public art, wireless internet, and the building itself will change color with the temperature.

The Edge plans include some commercial properties at the base including an "Epicurean Grocer/ Cafe", recording studio, wine vault, and a modeling & talent agency. More retail and commercial space should be available.

The building will be located off of 4th St. S. and in striking distance to University of South Florida's St. Pete campus. Most all of downtown will be a quick walk away.
