There are no business near in my neighborhood. The property is in a corner lot and the building has green areas all around it which is unusual because most people build all the way to each side of their properties with lots of concrete. I have an empty lot on the north side that probably no one will build because is very small and too close to the river.  

  All the apartments have two bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, laundry room, wooden baseboards, a breakfast nook, and white formica cabinets. As you can see on the pictures there are no stove or refrigerator because apts here are rented without them. They bring their own. My unit has some extras like carpet on the bedrooms, wooden kitchen cabinets with upgraded sink, wooden interior doors, upgraded bathroom sinks and toilets, upgraded light switches and outlets. "

"The apartments will be 2 years old in October. 

Taxes are $290 a year. If you only have one property you can apply for a deduction every year, the $290 is with the deduction. 

Water runs about $4.50 a mo. per apt. and electricity, of course it depends on how many people live in the apartments, etc. but I spend the most and mine is about $20 a mo. No need for A/C.   

The neighborhood is very quiet and we have guards 24/7 just for our block (9 Houses).
